This is a brief call to discuss what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, what my therapeutic style is, and see if we might work well together. I am happy to recommend other providers if I am not the right fit for you!

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of services. Contact your insurance company and see if you are eligible for out-of-network benefits. Please note that if you plan to use a superbill for reimbursement I will have to provide you with a diagnosis. I do accept HSA cards. If you have any questions about this, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Therapy sessions are $160 for a 50-minute session.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available, please inquire about availability.

No. For virtual therapy sessions, you may be anywhere in the state of North Carolina. If you prefer to meet in-person, my office is in Charlotte.

I request that clients give 24 hours notice if needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given the appointment fee is charged.
