What to expect

I have experience working with women experiencing distress around anxiety, depression, self-esteem, codependency, relationship issues, perfectionism, life transitions, and boundary setting. Additionally, as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, I enjoy working with individuals who have loved ones experiencing addiction and are seeking support as they navigate the ups and downs. We might be a good fit if you are finding yourself in a new season of life with increased anxiety and overwhelm, are witnessing a loved one’s substance use impact their life in significant way and are unsure of how to respond, or struggle to manage the critical voice in your head that is never quite pleased.

My therapy approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on creating a space where you are able to process concerns freely, receive support, and make meaningful change. I draw from several therapeutic modalities/approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This helps me to see each client as an individual with their own unique needs and strengths and provide a therapeutic approach specific to the person.

Starting, or returning, to therapy can be a hard step to take, yet so rewarding. Please feel free to reach out to me if you think I might be a good fit for you.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation if you would like to talk before scheduling.
